For this week there were six sales in Hoboken. From the lowest price, a 527 sq foot one bedroom at 72 Garden St with an ask price of $285,000 and a sold price of $285,000; to the highest sale, a 1331 sq foot two bedroom two bath with terrace at the Sky Club with a list price of $529,000 and a sale price of $517,000.
Median list price for the week was $462,500 and the Median sale price was $440,500. Average days on market was 55 days.
Pending
For this week there are 12 units waiting to close. From the lowest priced unit, a 534 sq ft one bedroom with balcony and yard and an ask price of $309,000; to the highest, a 2032 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath at The Garden St Lofts with a list price of $1.275Million.
Median list price for those units pending this week was $444,500. Average days on market was 80 days.
